This year for the very first time, Warsteiner brewery presents the national arts and creativity award "BLOOOM Award by WARSTEINER". Within the framework of the new platform "BLOOOM - the creative industries art show.", artists or artist groups were being asked to introduce themselves and their artworks to a nameable jury, thereunder Yasha Young (Director BLOOOM) and Walter Gehlen (Director ART.FAIR 21). In this manner, Warsteiner and BLOOOM afford a stepping stone towards the professional arts and creativity market for young and creative artists. By being the official catalyser of BLOOOM and especially by presenting "BLOOOM Award by WARSTEINER", the brewery is once again supporting creative talents. Already in 2009, with their "WARSTEINER Liquid Cube Tour" Warsteiner made their mark in the arts and design scene. The national concept combined interior design, urban art and urban club culture, and gave young and ambitous artists the opportunity to showcase themselves in clubs to the general public. Around the world "BLOOOM - the creative industries art show." is the very first interdisciplinary presentation platform for artists and art projects of the creative industries. International participants – ranging from fine arts, design, music, performing arts, fashion, literature to radio broadcasting, architecture, press, advertisement, software, and games – will present their latest creations and works. BLOOOM enables the presentation of new art forms and media, providing the opportunity of world wide exposure between the art market and the above mentioned fields of creative industries as well as international traditional institutions such as museums and other fairs.
